After driving 30 minutes from Pokhara, you will reach to the trek starting point is Birethanti. As you proceed slowly along the trek upward, the varied characteristics of the nature and those of the cultures and customs of different ethnic groups are noticed. On the day you arrive at an altitude of 2800m. You will have a pleasant feeling for being quite near to nature. The day after as you get to a place called Poonhill after walking up a distance of around an hour, you can not only enjoy a superb panorama of both Annapurna and Dhaulagiri but also very splendid and magnificent view of sunrise.
Poonhill is one of the most interesting features of this trekking tour.
The downward return trek becoming different from that of upwards, foes through one of the big forests of rhododendron of the world. If it is the month of may the complete forest becomes a mixture of white and red blossoms of rhododendron

Day 01 : Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara
After morning breakfast in the hotel, the tour starts with the scenic view of beautiful hills, countryside lifestyle driving along the Trishuli River. Overnight at lodge in Pokhara lakeside.
Day 02: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapool and hike to Tikhedunga (1,500m.)
From Pokhara to Nayapool, it takes about 1 ½ hour by driving, the road is reasonably good. Then Hike from Nayapool to Tikhedunga and overnight at camp
Day 03: Trek from Tikhedunga to Ghorepani (2,850m.)
This day we trek to Ghorepani. Experiencing the majestic views, rhododendron forest, beautiful villages, flora and funna, it takes six hours to trek from tikhedunga to ghorepani.
Day 04: Trek from Ghorepani to Tadapani (2,400m.)
This morning, we will get up early in the morning, and go for hiking to Poon Hill. From here you will see superb view of sunrise and panoramic view of Himalayas, back to hotel then trek to Tadapani (2400m)
Day 05: Trek from Tadapani to Chomrong village
Trail leads to Ghandrug from Chomrong all the way of ascends and flat through the oak and Rhododendron Forest. Chomrong is the junction of all the trails leading to the Annapurna Sanctuary. The village offers you a unique close-up view of Mount Annapurna South (7219m) and Hiunchuli (6441m). Overnight at lodge.
Day 06: Trek from Chomrong to Deurali
The trek starts from Chomrong with downward climbing the hill, most of the way to through untouched forest of oaks and rhododendron with occasional view of the Annapurna range.
Day 07: Trek from Deurali to Phedi, then drive to Pokhara
With morning spectacular views of annapurna range and lamjung himal from deurali, hike down to Dhampus Phedi. Then drive to Pokhara.
Team Membership
For the Chomrong Trekking we will take minimum 2 trekkers and maximum of 20 trekkers.
Fitness and what to expect
We are travelling in high and remote terrain at moderately high altitudes. Members will best have a moderate level of fitness to enjoy the experience to its fullest. The trails are sometimes steep and a couple of the trek days quite long (about 6 hours). Weather can deteriorate and rain, strong winds and even some snow are possible. However we are travelling at a mild time of the year to best appreciate the surroundings.
Hotel
There are every category of accommodation facilities that range from the international standard star hotels to budget hotels and lodges; therefore the hotel reservation is not a difficult task. You can make reservation as per you budget. 'Himalayan Idol ' is ready to make any arrangement for you as per your wish, desire and budget.
Food
Food will be of the highest standard possible, given the remoteness of the situation. Please inform us if you have any special dietary requirements.
In the Chomrong Trekking we will be dining in the Lodge.

Price Include :
- Pick & Drop to Airport / 1night hotel in Kathmandu as per our corresponding.
